The Blu Print Account Assistance Form is intended to help Brothers unlock their accounts or create accounts for Brothers who do not have a Blu Print profile. If you need your password reset, please first use the "Forgot Password?" link on the Blu Print Member Portal login page.

Need to Reclaim Account?
Please note: IHQ will create Blu Print accounts for Brothers whose initiation records are available in our archives. Brothers without verifiable initiation records at IHQ can provide a membership certificate or membership card as proof of membership to create their Blu Print accounts. Brothers without any documented proof of membership may need to go through the reclamation process. Click here to learn more about the reclamation process.

Fee schedule:
Local Dues for ZNS: $200
National/Regional Dues: Please verify in BluPrint or reach out to treasurer@znsminnesotasigmas.com
Pay with Zelle (Preferred): treasurer@znsminnesotasigmas.com
